CHARLOTTE, N.C. After two weather delays the third round of the Wells Fargo Championship has restarted.Play was stopped because of lightning in the area at 3:37 p.m. (ET). The round resumed at 4:48 p.m. after 1 hour, 11-minute delay, but the restart was cut short after just 30 minutes when another storm moved into the area stopping play again.The second restart was at 6:24 p.m. after a delay of 1 hour, 6 minutes.This is the second consecutive PGA Tour event that has been impacted by weather. Last weeks opening round at the Zurich Classic was delayed for seven-and-a-halfhours because of thunderstorms.
